Abstract:
Provided is an air conditioner that is capable of simultaneously achieving energy saving and comfort. An air conditioner (1) is provided with: a detection sensor (26) that detects the state of air concerning the demanded capacities of a plurality of used units (3); and a control device (30) that acquires the demanded capacity of each of the used units (3) on the basis of the detection result of the detection sensor (26), that sets, according to the highest demanded capacity, respective target values (Tem, SHm) of an evaporation temperature (Te) in a used-side heat exchanger (16) adjusted by a compressor (11) and a prescribed refrigerant state (SH) adjusted by a pressure reduction device (15), and that changes the target value (SHm) of the refrigerant state (SH) so as to reduce the cooling capacity of the used unit (3) when a cooling temperature (Tf) drops below a target cooling temperature (Tfm) by a prescribed value (Δt) or more in a used unit (3) other than the used unit (3) of the highest demanded capacity.
