Abstract:
This air conditioner comprises a bell mouth that has a first ventilation tube spaced from the shroud of a centrifugal fan and disposed radially inward of the shroud, and a second ventilation tube spaced from the shroud and the first ventilation tube and disposed radially inward of the first ventilation tube. The downstream end of the first ventilation tube is nested between the upstream end of the second ventilation tube and the upstream end of the shroud. The second ventilation tube has a tapered portion forming the outlet of the second ventilation tube and having a larger inner diameter toward the outlet.
