Disclosed are an air conditioning apparatus and an electronic control box. The electronic control box comprises a housing, a cooler, and an electronic component. The housing is provided with a mounting cavity. The cooler is provided in the mounting cavity. The cooler comprises a heat-exchanging body and a collecting pipe assembly. The collecting pipe assembly is used for providing a refrigerant flow to the heat-exchanging body. The heat-exchanging body comprises a first extension and a second extension. The second extension is connected to an end of the first extension and is bent towards one side of the first extension. The electronic component is provided in the mounting cavity and is thermal-conductively connected to the first extension and/or the second extension. By such means, while the heat-exchanging performance of the cooler is ensured, the overall length of the heat-exchanging body in the direction of extension of the heat-exchanging body is reduced, thus reducing the length of the electronic control box matching the heat-exchanging body, and reducing the size of the electronic control box.
