Abstract:
To eliminate troubles that can occur when using a direct current power supply. An air-conditioning apparatus (1) is provided with: an AC-DC changeover switch (26) that performs power supply switching between an AC power supply (60) and a DC power supply (50); and an outdoor unit microcomputer (32) that switches the power supply to the AC power supply (60) by controlling the AC-DC changeover switch (26) when it is detected that an abnormality has occurred in the air-conditioning apparatus in a state wherein the power supply is the DC power supply (50).
