Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of achieving comfort for each of a plurality of users sleeping in one room. A control unit (121) performs a control process with respect to an air conditioning unit (101) that performs an air conditioning process. The air conditioning process is for adjusting one or more physical quantities of air in a room, including at least the temperature thereof. The control process includes a setting process. The setting process is for setting a target temperature of the air conditioning process in a sleep period during which a plurality of users sleep in the room. The proposal unit (122) acquires proposal information for making a proposal to each of the plurality of users regarding a thermal resistance member, which covers the body of each of the plurality of users during the sleep period and inhibits the release of body heat into the room, such that an evaluation value relating to the sensation of warmth/cold for each of the plurality of users at the target temperature satisfies a comfort condition. The proposal unit (122) outputs, via an output unit (13), one or more pieces of proposal information corresponding to one or more users, from among a plurality of pieces of the proposal information corresponding to the plurality of users.
