Abstract:
An air-conditioning indoor unit (100) and an air conditioner. The air-conditioning indoor unit (100) comprises a surface frame (1), an airless component (2), an external air guide plate (12), a heat exchanger (3), and a fan (4); a first air outlet (11) is formed in the front lower portion of the surface frame (1); the first air outlet (11) penetrates through the front portion and bottom portion of the surface frame (1); the airless component (2) is provided at the front side of the surface frame (1); the external air guide plate (12) can open and close the bottom side portion of the first air outlet (11); when the airless component (2) is located at a first position, the airless component (2) opens the front side portion of the first air outlet (11); and when the airless component (2) is located at a second position, the airless component (2) closes the front side portion of the first air outlet (11).
