Abstract:
The present invention proposes an air conditioning system and a control method therefor. When a heating operation of an A2W indoor unit is performed, an A2A valve, which connects an outdoor unit and an A2A indoor unit, is closed to prevent a refrigerant from entering the indoor unit, and thus performance deterioration can be prevented by improving performance loss due to refrigerant bypass to the A2A indoor unit that is not being operated. Also, since the system can respond autonomously through a control algorithm to improve performance following a drop in heating performance without the configuration of additional hardware, installation costs can be minimized.
