Abstract:
This air conditioning system comprises: an air conditioner that blows conditioned air into an indoor space; a separate blower (4) that is provided as a separate body from the air conditioner and that draws in the air in the indoor space and discharges the drawn-in air in an arbitrary direction; an indoor temperature sensor (32) that detects the temperature of a ceiling surface and a floor surface in the indoor space; and a control unit for blower control (23) that determines whether the separate blower (4) is to be operated and controls operation of the separate blower (4). The control unit for blower control (23) determines whether to operate the separate blower (4) on the basis of the temperature difference between the temperature of the ceiling surface and the temperature of the floor surface detected by the indoor temperature sensor (32) during operation of the air conditioner, and the control unit controls the separate blower (4).
