Abstract:
An air-cooled plate-fin type composite phase-change radiator having a capillary groove comprises a heat exchange cabinet and a substrate. An internal cavity (3) for accommodating a working substance is arranged inside the substrate. The heat exchange cabinet comprises cooling medium channels (10) and phase-change channels (6) arranged in an alternating order. A heat-radiating fin I (11) is provided inside the cooling medium channel (10). The heat exchange cabinet is installed at the substrate, such that the phase-change channel (6) is in communication with the internal cavity (3) of the substrate. The phase-change channel (6) and the internal cavity (3) collectively form a closed phase-change heat exchange cavity. A groove (5) is arranged at an inner wall of the phase-change channel (6). A heat-radiating II (7) or metal fiber felt is provided inside the phase-change channel (6). A capillary channel is arranged at an inner wall of the internal cavity (3) of the substrate.
