Abstract:
An air cooler, an air cooling island and an operation method for the air cooling island, comprising the air cooler, a circulating pump (6) and a heat exchanger (7); the air cooler has a plurality of heat exchanging units (1) provided in layers, an air flow channel (102) being formed between each two adjacent heat exchanging units (1) for the passage of air, the heat exchanging units (1) having at least two fluid channels (101) in parallel, two ends of at least one fluid channel communicating with a first medium first header (2) and with a first medium second header (3) respectively, and two ends of the remaining fluid channels respectively communicating with a second medium first header (4) and a second medium second header (5); during operation of the air cooling island, the air cooler cools the fluid to be cooled, and meanwhile an anti-freeze medium heated by means of the heat exchanger (7) is introduced, enabling the temperature of the heat exchanging units (1) of the air cooler to remain above the freezing point of the fluid to be cooled, avoiding the risk of freezing of tubes of the air cooling island.
