Abstract:

An air-core coil (1) formed by regularly winding a welding wire in an air-core shape. The welding wire comprises a conductor, an insulating coating covering the periphery of the conductor, and a welding coating further covering the periphery of the insulating coating. The linear side parts (3) and (4) of the coil are pressurized in the height direction (Z-direction) and the lateral direction (Y-direction) within the range of the elastic deformation of the conductor, and the linear side part (5) thereof is pressurized in the height direction (Z-direction). Also, when the welding wire is regularly wound, the linear side part (6) where a cross point formed by the intersection of the welding wires is formed is not pressurized.
