Abstract:
An air curtain-type spray drift prevention apparatus and method for a plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle (a). Said drift prevention apparatus comprises an air curtain generation mechanism for generating air curtains at sides where droplets settle, and an air curtain control system for controlling air curtains; the air curtain generation mechanism comprises an air curtain arrangement cylinder (1) and a blower (2), the air curtain arrangement cylinder (1) is provided with a plurality of air outlets (1-2) and an air inlet (1-1) communicating with the blower port of the blower (2), and the size of the air outlets (1-2) is smaller the size of the air inlet (1-1). Said drift prevention method comprises: the air curtain control system sending a blowing signal to the blower; the blower blowing to deliver high-speed airflow to the air curtain arrangement cylinder; when the air curtain arrangement cylinder is filled with airflow, the airflow being blown downwards at a high speed through the air outlets to form air curtains; and the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle performing spraying and application, droplets being sprayed downwards, and the air curtains, which are vertically arranged on sides of nozzles (b), protecting the settlement of the droplets. The air curtains generated block an external wind field, effectively reducing the drift of droplets, increasing the utilization rate of agents and the working efficiency.
