Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an air cutting adjustment device capable of easily adjusting the air cutting value. The air cutting adjustment device (3) moves a cutting edge (T3) through an air-cutting section (b), which has a deceleration position (β) where the movement velocity of the cutting edge (T3) is reduced and a contact position (γ) where the decelerated cutting edge (T3) contacts the workpiece (W), the air cutting adjustment device being used in a machine tool (1) that processes workpieces (W). The air cutting adjustment device (3) is provided with a control unit (2) for calculating the amount of correction for the deceleration position (β) that is necessary to bring the measured air cutting value acquired during processing of a workpiece (W) closer to the target air cutting value.
