Abstract:
An air flow drying device (1) equipped with a vertical cylindrical case (10), a source material supply unit (12) that supplies a source material containing moisture to the interior of the case (10), a disk-shaped rotating body (55) that is arranged below the source material supply unit (12) and rotates with a vertical axis of rotation, a pulverizing member (62) that is arranged near the periphery of the rotating body (55) and that pulverizes the source material into powder particles, a heated air supply unit (20) that supplies heated air to the area under the rotating body (55) in the case (10), and a discharge part (11) that discharges the powder particles from above the case (10), with the powder particles that have been pulverized by the pulverizing member (62) being dried by the heated air and then discharged. In addition, the case (10) has an annular liner (30) opposing the pulverizing member (62), and the heated air supply unit (20) has an outer circumferential part (21) that faces the outer circumferential surface of the liner (30) and through which the heated air flows, and an inner circumferential part (22) that guides the heated air past the underside of the liner (30) and between the pulverizing member (62) and the liner (30).
