Abstract:
An air foil journal bearing of the present invention is capable of preventing abrasion of foils and reducing vibration, and the air foil journal bearing has a surface treatment layer capable of reducing friction formed on one of the outer circumferential surface of a first top foil that is arranged on the innermost side and the outer circumferential surface of a second top foil which is arranged immediately outside the first top foil, thereby supporting a load in the radial direction of a rotor.
