An air guide door support, a motor shaft sleeve and an air conditioner. The air guide door support comprises a support body; the support body comprises a first support and a second support; the first support is suitable for being connected to an air guide door; the second support is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting hole is suitable for being connected to a motor shaft; the first support is provided with a rotating shaft, and the second support is provided with a shaft hole, or the first support is provided with a shaft hole, and the second support is provided with a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is cylindrical, and the shaft hole is a circular through hole. The first support and the second support are suitable for being connected to the shaft hole in an inserted mode by means of the rotating shaft and rotate relatively. According to the air guide door support, the motor shaft sleeve and the air conditioner, the complex limiting processes that a clamping block and a slot are necessarily positioned accurately and rotated by a certain angle are omitted, the installation and disassembly process is simple and convenient, the disassembly process is safe, and no damage is made to components.
