Abstract:
Disclosed is an air intake device (100) for a combustion apparatus. The device comprises a hollow tubular housing (10). Two ends of the housing (10) are provided with an air inlet (11) and an air outlet (12) respectively along the axial direction. A filter medium (13) is arranged at a position of the housing (10) corresponding to the air inlet (11). The air outlet (12) is connected to an air port (14). The device further comprises a plurality of identical cone-shaped partition plates (20). The identical partition plates (20) are arranged within the housing (10) along an axis of the housing (10), perpendicular to a centre of the axis, and are tilted downwards and outwards from the centre thereof. The identical partition plates (20) are separated by a plurality of identical air chambers (21). Each identical partition plate (20) is provided with at least one identical air hole (24). The identical air holes (24) at the two adjacent identical partition plates (20) are arranged in a staggered manner such that the identical air chambers (21) and the identical air holes (24) are in communication so as to form an air guide channel. In addition, an identical convex ring (22) is arranged downwardly at the outer periphery of each identical partition plate (20). An identical flange (23), of which the outer periphery abuts against the inner wall of the housing (10), is arranged outwardly at the lower end of each identical convex ring (22). By utilizing the device, the frequency of gas molecules in the air hitting the identical partition plates (20) is greatly increased, such that the kinetic energy of the gas molecules in the air is increased through hitting and friction so as to achieve an effect of supporting combustion, and therefore the combustion is more thorough and the exhaust emission is reduced.
