Abstract:
An air packaging device, and an inflating valve thereof and a manufacturing method therefor. The air packaging device comprises an inflatable main body (10) and an inflating valve (20). The inflatable main body (10) comprises an upper air chamber membrane (11) and a lower air chamber membrane (12) that are manually overlapped to form at least one inflating unit (13). Each inflating unit (13) has an inflating chamber (14). The inflating valve (20) comprises an upper valve membrane (21), a lower valve membrane (22) and a reinforcing membrane (23) that are all manually overlapped. At least one air intake channel (24) is formed between the upper valve membrane and the lower valve membrane after a series of hot seal connection between the upper valve membrane (21), the lower valve membrane (22) and the reinforcing membrane (23) and the upper air chamber membrane (11) and the lower air chamber membrane (12). The air intake channel (24) is used for inflating air into the inflating chamber (14); and after air inflation is ended, the upper valve membrane (21) and the lower valve membrane (22) are attached to the lower air chamber membrane (12) to seal the air intake channel (24) to implement a self-sealing function. The reinforcing membrane (23) is disposed between the upper valve membrane (21) and the upper air chamber membrane (11) to reinforce the connection strength between the upper valve membrane (21) and the upper air chamber membrane (11), so as to prevent the upper valve membrane from being torn.
