AIR SUCTION METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR V-FORM PACKED PAPER NAPKIN FOLDING MACHINE

Air suction method and structure for V-form packed paper napkin folding machine are provided. The suction structure includes two paper folding rollers provided side by side and two cutter shafts. Cutters corresponding to the cutter shafts, suction holes, and V-form grooves for folding the paper are arranged in an axial direction on roller surfaces of the paper folding rollers, and suction holes are also arranged on groove surfaces of the V-form grooves. Each end of each paper folding roller is provided with paper-conveying suction control ports and paper-folding suction control ports, both of which are provided with air valves. The paper-conveying suction control ports and paper-folding suction control ports at each end of the paper folding rollers are communicated with corresponding suction channels, and the suction holes are communicated with corresponding suction channels, thus forming a structure in which the paper-conveying suction control ports and the paper-folding suction control ports at each end of the paper folding rollers suction air synchronously. According to the present invention, high production efficiency and paper folding precision can be realized, and energy consumption and production and operating cost can be reduced.
