Title:
AIR-VOLUME-VARIABLE CONTROL DEVICE FOR VENTILATING SOIL AND REDUCING RADON
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/196867
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air-volume-variable control device for ventilating soil and reducing radon, comprising: a plurality of soil ventilation pipe parts respectively buried under the floor of a plurality of separated space parts having predetermined areas in a building; a guiding pipe part connected such that the respective soil ventilation pipe parts communicate with each other, in order to guide the flow of radon present in each soil ventilation pipe part toward a building rooftop; a plurality of damper parts respectively provided in each soil ventilation pipe part to regulate the flow rate of air moving in each soil ventilation pipe part; a soil ventilation fan provided in the guiding pipe part to force radon present in each soil ventilation pipe part to flow and be exhausted to the outside; a plurality of radon measuring parts for measuring the concentration of radon in each space part; and a control part, which performs a first control mode for controlling the K-th damper part to be opened at a preset reference opening rate (O) in order to reduce the concentration of radon and, simultaneously, controlling the soil ventilation fan to be operated at a preset reference operating rate (P) during a preset operating time, if a radon concentration value measured by the random K-th radon measuring part from among the plurality of radon measuring parts exceeds a preset reference radon concentration value, and then performs, if the radon concentration value measured by the K-th radon measuring part is not reduced by a preset radon concentration average reduction rate during a preset reference radon concentration reduction time, a second control mode for controlling the K-th damper part to be further opened from the current opening rate thereof by a preset increased opening rate and repeatedly performs the second control mode until the current opening rate of the K-th damper part reaches a maximum opening rate, and thus the present invention discharges radon in soil to the outside of the building so that the radon in soil entering an indoor space can be effectively reduced.
