Abstract:
The present invention enables a guide member to be easily and reliably positioned without being restricted by the mold drawing direction of an instrument panel. Panel-side welding guide surfaces (21), which are separated from the reverse-side surface of the instrument panel (1), are integrally disposed on side parts of a guide member mounting section (7) of the instrument panel (1). Guide-side welding guide surfaces (22), which are located at overlapping positions with the panel-side welding guide surfaces (21), are integrally disposed on side parts of the guide member (6). Positioning recessed parts (23) are disposed either on the panel-side welding guide surfaces (21) or on the guide-side welding guide surfaces (22). Positioning protruding parts (24), which engage with the positioning recessed parts (23) during vibration welding, are disposed on the other of the panel-side welding guide surfaces (21) and the guide-side welding guide surfaces (22).
