Abstract:
Disclosed are an airboat and a manufacturing method therefor. A hull is divided into a front cabin and a rear cabin; both left and right sides of the rear cabin are provided with side decks; a front cabin sealing plate at the rear of the front cabin separates the front cabin and the rear cabin; an integral buoyancy body is provided on the inner bottom and the side wall of the rear cabin; the buoyancy body is covered by a plurality of sealing plate strips arranged from front to back; the sealing plate strips constitute a sealing plate; the sealing plate, the front cabin sealing plate, a rear cabin tail plate, and the side decks are sealed to form an accommodating cavity of the buoyancy body. In the airboat of the present invention, by means of an open box type spraying method, the buoyancy body is fully filled between a bottom plate of the hull and a U-shaped inner deck, thereby improving the cabin bearing capacity.
