Abstract:
A method and device for automatically, accurately, and in real time, calculating the arrival time of an aircraft having been conventionally grasped by a person having knowledge of air traffic control by monitoring the radio wave of the air traffic control, by receiving an ATC mode S transponder response radio wave emitted from the aircraft flying so as to come to be under air traffic control, extracting data included in the radio wave, and applying the data to a virtual route by using a computer in which a standard approach is stored. The direction in which a direction rotational inquiry wave (SSR) radiated by the approach control of an air port is measured, rotation synchronization is set up, the sensitivity is increased, and thereby a wider range of measurement is possible.
