Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a durable aircraft body cover which can be easily put on and taken off by one person and is easy to put away after being taken off. The inner side of the body cover 1 has a plurality of rows of tubular or rod-like rib members 40 attached thereto, arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of an aircraft 100 and spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the aircraft, thereby providing a communication air space 18 between the airframe and the body cover. Thus, it is possible to prevent mold from forming as ventilation can be provided in the space between the airframe and the body cover, in addition to minimizing flapping of the body cover 1 due to wind. Furthermore, since the rib members 40 are provided, the body cover 1 can be easily attached to the aircraft 100 and is easy to fold up. Further, with respect to fixing a stretchable material to the body cover, a method other than sewing is used to fix the material to the cover fabric, thereby allowing the use of stretchable materials having resistance to deterioration.
