Abstract:

The present invention simplifies the labor of attaching a mouthpiece to an inner liner, and reduces manufacturing costs. In attaching a mouthpiece 28 to an inner liner 24, an annular cutout 38 provided to a bulging section 34 of the mouthpiece 28 accommodates an adhesive 40 that has overflowed from between a skirt section 32 and the inner liner 24. A place on the annular cutout 38 that is exposed from an end section of a bulging section panel section 2404 is filled with a sealant material 44. Unlike conventional cases, direct visual inspection is possible through an opening 20 of the mouthpiece 28 as to whether the overflowed adhesive 40 has been accommodated along the entire periphery of the annular cutout 38, and therefore, the invention does not require: using a mirror inserted into the interior of a tank body 12 to check that the adhesive 40 has overflowed during observation of an end section 2404A of the inner liner 24; removing overflowed adhesive 40 while using a mirror to observe; or performing coating work while using a mirror to observe.
