Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an aircraft with which the degree of freedom in driving the aircraft can be improved while any increase in the weight of the aircraft is minimized. [Solution] An aircraft according to the present technology comprises: a body that has a riding section; at least a pair of tubular casings that are provided in front of and behind the riding section and that each have open ends in the vertical direction; propellers that are provided inside the casings; space-connecting sections that are provided to side sections of the casings and vertically below the propellers and that allow communication between spaces inside the casings and space outside; and flow channel opening/closing sections for controlling the extent to which flow channels of the space-connecting sections open and close.
