The setting and adjusting tasks are simplified for the disclosed airflow diffusing device (diffuser fan), which has a vaned disc that diffuses the wind blowing out of a ventilation aperture. The ends of the spoke members of the airflow diffusing device that are on the side of a hub member are provided with a first key, a second key provided at a location on the opposite side from the location rotated a predetermined angle from the aforementioned first key, and an engaging member that engages an engaged member on the side of the aforementioned hub member while the aforementioned first and second keys are inserted in the aforementioned hub member. On the hub member of the airflow diffusing device are formed holes into which the main axles of the ends of the aforementioned spoke members are inserted, engaged members engaged with the engaging members on the side of the aforementioned spoke members, first key receiving sections that receive the aforementioned first key and hold the aforementioned spoke members at a first angle, and second key receiving sections that receive the aforementioned first and second keys and hold the aforementioned spoke members at a second angle that is different from the first angle.
