Abstract:
Disclosed is an airlift reactor with a helical porous sieve plate. The airlift reactor comprises a reaction tank body (10), wherein a draft tube (20) and a gas distributor (30) are arranged in the reaction tank body (10); the gas distributor (30) is arranged below rising sections (122, 123) of the draft tube (20); a helical porous sieve plate (40) is also mounted in the rising sections (122, 123) of the draft tube (20); a plate body of the helical porous sieve plate (40) rises helically so as to guide some of two-/three-phase flows in the rising sections (122, 123); and the plate body of the helical porous sieve plate (40) is provided with a plurality of sieve pores (41) so as to guide the remaining two-/three-phase flows in the rising sections (122, 123) and break up bubbles. The present application gives consideration to macromixing and micromixing processes, uses a jetted gas to drive a liquid to flow circularly, and can also break up large rising bubbles into small bubbles, thus effectively preventing bubble coalescence, increasing the gas holdup and increasing the volumetric mass transfer coefficient.
