Abstract:
An alarm method and device based on a vending machine door. The method comprises: receiving input user information, and opening a vending machine door after verifying and confirming the user information (101, 201, 301); recording a duration in which the vending machine door is in an open state (102, 202, 302); obtaining a first alarm duration of a user according to the user information (103, 203, 303); determining whether the duration in which the vending machine door is in the open state is greater than or equal to the first alarm duration (104, 204, 304); and controlling a vending machine to make an alarm action when the duration in which the vending machine door is in the open state is greater than or equal to the first alarm duration (105, 205, 305). By means of the method, a user (30) is prompted to close the vending machine door when the duration in which the user (30) opens the vending machine door to buy commodities reaches a preset duration, so as to prevent the user (30) from leaving without closing the vending machine door after buying the commodities.
