Abstract:
An alarm security wrap for the anti-shoplifting of canned milk powder from a retail store includes two covers (1, 3) which wrap the top and bottom part of the milk powder can, and lanyards (2) which go through the top cover (1) and the bottom cover (3) while fastening both covers to fully wrap the milk powder can. The top cover comprises a big dentate plate (5) with an opening at its center, a rotatable reeling plate (12) fixed to the big dentate plate for reeling the lanyards, a rotatable cover (6) arranged in the opening of the big dentate plate and adapted to actuate the rotation of the reeling plate, and a single direction mechanism adapted to restrict the rotation of the reeling plate in a single tightening direction. The bottom cover (3) comprises a power connected trigger coil (22), an alarm circuit (21) and a buzzer (20). The lanyards sequentially go through the top cover and the bottom cover before connecting to the alarm circuit. The invention provides features of robust structure, reliable anti-shoplifting performance and easy usage.

This invention refers to an anti- shoplifting device which is applied upon the canned milk powder that sold in the market.

Background Technology

As the living standards continuously improved, people are more willing to create a better grow up condition for their children with souring demand for more milk powder and especially the ones of famous brand. Currently, the milk powder is mainly sold in the open-sale market where shoplifting is happened frequently.

Markets bear great lost when the milk powder can is opened illegally without being paid. Although market has put lots of effort in battle with burglar, the result is still not satisfying. Market has no other effective methods but hiring more employees to keep commodities from burglar.

Invention Description

This invention is aim to provide a technical solution of alarm secured wrap for canned milk powder which can solve the technical limitation as mentioned above which robust structure, reliable anti- shoplifting performance and easy-to-use features.

This invention applies below technical solution: alarm secured wrap for canned milk powder which includes top cover and bottom cover for protecting the corresponding part on the milk powder can, and a lanyard which go through the top cover and bottom cover to wrap the entire milk powder can; The top cover as mentioned above contains a big circular plate with dentate edge and an opening at the center, a rotatable reeling plate situated at the center of large dentate plate for collecting lanyard, a rotatable cover fix d on the top of reeling plate for an easy grip, a single direction rotating structure that controls the reeling plate; The bottom part as mentioned above contains power connected trigger coil, alarm circuit and buzzer; The lanyard mentioned above sequentially go through top part and bottom part before connecting to the alarm circuit.

the single direction rotating structure contains a single direction tooth at the inner edge of the opening where to place the big dentate plate, a straight-line-movable rack which can joggle with the single direction tooth under the pressure of the spring, a lever which moves in the same direction with the rack and pushes the mentioned spring and a lock which controls the rack to switch between the working state and the opening state.

The lock contains the groove on the top of the lever and a flexible bar which is fixed on the rotatable cover and can joggle with the mentioned groove under pressure in vertical direction.

There is downwards extended fender from the edge of the above mentioned big dentate plate which can restrict the top edge of milk powder can within the fender.

There is upwards extended fender from the edge of the above mentioned bottom part which can restrict the bottom edge of milk powder can within the fender.

The working theory of this invention is as below: First, place the milk powder can between the top cover and bottom cover, then twist the rotatable cover to fasten the lanyard under both the top cover and bottom cover has wrap the milk powder can tightly. If the lanyard is tempered by illegal cutting, the alarm circuit will trigger alarm immediately; if the milk powder can is took out from market illegally without paying, the triggering coil will receive c ignals from detecting system at the exit door and then give alarm; if the milk powder can is brought very close to the detecting system at the exit door, the detecting system will also be triggered to give alarm by itself. All the above mentioned securing function is called "three alarms". Detailed operation method

The alarm secured wrap for canned milk powder includes top cover 1 , lanyard 2 and bottom cover 3; The top cover is used to wrap the top part of milk powder can (the milk powder can is not illustrated in the Fig), the bottom cover is used to wrap the bottom part of milk powder can, the lanyard goes through the top cover and bottom cover which can press both covers together and wrap the entire milk powder can tightly. In the single direction rotatable structure as mentioned, there is single direction tooth 5-1 at the edge of the opening at the center of the big dentate plate, rack 8 which can move straightly into groove 12-1 at the top of reeling plate, spring 13 which pushes the rack to joggle the tooth 8-1 at the right end of the rack with single direction tooth; at the meantime, there is also a parallel guiding groove at the surface of the bottom part of the reeling plate, into where lever 7 can move straightly while pressing the spring 13 to force the rack. (As showed in the Fig, the block 7-3 at the bottom of lever sticks into the rack to force the spring 13) Beside that, there is also a lock head at the top of rotatable cover which can be turn on and off; the lock head as mentioned contains the groove 7-1 on the top of lever 7 and an elastic bar which is fixed on the rotatable cover and could move vertically under force to joggle with the mentioned groove. (Steel bar 11 which is forced by spring 10)

The right end of lever is also pushed by spring 9 from left side, then the left end of lever move through rotatable cover to the outside. In order to wrap the milk powder can conveniently, the fender 5-2 at the edge of the big dentate plate will cover the bottom angle from the top down, and the fender 3-1 at the edge of bottom cover will cover the top angle from the downside up.
