Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an alcohol-based silver nanowire dispersion liquid, which achieves a high advantageous effect in terms of reducing the number of point-like foreign bodies when a transparent electrically conductive film is formed and which achieves a high advantageous effect in terms of imparting excellent electrical conductivity. [Solution] This alcohol-based silver nanowire dispersion liquid is obtained by dispersing silver nanowires in a liquid medium comprising mainly an alcohol having 1-4 carbon atoms, the silver nanowires having an organic protecting agent attached to the surface thereof, and being configured so that the proportion of wires having a length of 5.0 μm or less is 18% or less and the average diameter of the wires is 50 nm. The organic protecting agent comprises mainly a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and another monomer, and the attached amount of the organic protecting agent is 7.5-12.5% in terms of mass relative to silver.
