Title:
ALDEHYDE DECOMPOSITION CATALYST
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/110874
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a catalyst capable of efficiently decomposing aldehyde. In addition, provided are: a method for decomposing aldehyde using said catalyst; and a filter, an air cleaning machine, an air conditioner, a building material, and a container which contain said catalyst. This aldehyde decomposition catalyst contains: a support satisfying the condition of the following expression (I); and at least one silver component selected from the group consisting of a metal silver and a silver compound. 0.0006≤V/S≤0.0145 (I) (in the expression, V represents the total pore volume [cm3/g] of the support and S represents a specific surface area [m2/g] of the support.)
