Abstract:
An algal hydrogen production method, a hydrogen production and storage device, and a power generation device. The method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing a Chlamydomonas reinhardtii mutant hpm91 to a logarithmic phase and then transferring to a sulfur-deficient TAP culture medium to obtain an initial system; and (2) carrying out induced hydrogen production on the initial system under closed and continuous illumination conditions, and collecting, by a drainage method, hydrogen to the end of hydrogen production to obtain algal hydrogen. Coupling to the hydrogen storage device is implemented to establish a storage system; further, by modifying a fuel cell, the algae hydrogen is converted into electric energy by using air.
