The present invention prevents an offset from occurring in the positional relationship between a first panel material, a second panel material, and an additional part. A first and a second panel material 1, 2 have a printed pattern that includes a sensing point and that repeats at a printing pitch. A design position is predefined by the printing pitch for each of the first and second panel materials 1, 2. A first conveyance device 10 adjusts an intermittent conveyance amount on the basis of an output of a first sensor 31 so that the design position of the first panel material 1 aligns with a first fastening position 28 every time the intermittent conveyance is stopped. A second conveyance device 13 adjusts the tension of the second panel material 2 and an intermittent conveyance amount of a conveyance unit 14 on the basis of an output of at least one second sensor 33 so that the design position of the second panel material 2 aligns with a second fastening position 30 every time the intermittent conveyance is stopped. A third conveyance device 24 adjusts an intermittent conveyance amount on the basis of an output of a third sensor 34 so that the design position of the first panel material 1 aligns with the second fastening position 30 every time the intermittent conveyance is stopped.
