Abstract:
An alignment film printing plate (1) correction system, comprising: a roller (2) and a printing plate (1) sleevingly provided on the roller (2); a first end portion (11) of the printing plate (1) is provided with multiple rows of snap-fit sets (13); a second end portion (12) of the printing plate (1) is provided with a snap-fit slot set (14) engaging with the multiple rows of snap-fit sets (13). The alignment film printing plate (1) correction system further comprises: an image controller for measuring a difference between an actual position of an alignment film provided on a substrate and a preconfigured position. The alignment film printing plate (1) correction system has a simple structure and can realize different degrees of stretching according to an alignment film pattern at different positions of the printing plate (1), thereby improving a correction effect of the printing plate (1). The invention reduces a difference between the actual position of the alignment film provided on the substrate and the preconfigured position, and does not significantly increase the cost of a correction process.
