Abstract:
An alkali metal ion-conductive solid electrolyte which contains an organic polymer that has an alkali metal sulfonate group, wherein: the alkali metal sulfonate group may be a part of an alkali metal alkyl sulfonate group expressed by formula -R-SO3X (wherein R represents an alkylene group and X represents an alkali metal atom); and the organic polymer may be a derivative of a polysaccharide. The mass (EW value) of the organic polymer per 1 mole of the alkali metal sulfonate group is, for example, from 168 g/mol to 300 g/mol.
