Abstract:
This alkali-soluble vinyl polymer contains structural units represented by general formula (1), structural units represented by general formula (2), and at least one type of structural units selected from among structural units represented by general formula (3) and structural units represented by general formula (4). The alkali-soluble vinyl polymer: has a (meth)acryloyl group in a side chain, and contains a carbon atom-carbon atom double bond at one terminal or both terminals of a molecular chain. The terminal double bond equivalent amount relating to carbon atom-carbon atom double bonds is 0.01-0.80 meq/g, and the acid value is 30 mg KOH/g or more. [Chemical formula 1]
