Abstract:
The present invention relates to an al-inorganic CsPbX3Py perovskite crystal, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The method comprises: (1) mixing elemental phosphorus and an all-inorganic perovskite raw material according to a compounding ratio to obtain a reactant; (2) placing the reactant in a vacuum environment for reaction at a high temperature; and (3) cooling to room temperature so as to obtain an all-inorganic phosphorus-doped perovskite crystal CsPbX3Py. The crystal is compact, has improved stability, and can be subjected to machining. Compared with the prior art, the technical method of the present invention is novel and unique, green and environmentally friendly, and simple to operate, a complex and expensive device and an additional organic reagent are not required, and the melting and the transport are assisted by means of a phosphorus source; moreover, by means of the interaction between phosphorus and lead, cesium and halogen, a large size crystal having good and stable mechanical properties can be prepared within a short period of time, thus yielding great practical significance for the preparation and application of perovskite and a composite material thereof.
