Abstract:
An all-plastic self-locking pump, which consists of a plastic pump body (1), a press head (2), a main post (3), a piston (4), a bottle-locking lid (5), a locking lid (6), a plastic spring (7) and a plastic one-way valve (8). The press head (2) is mounted at the upper end of the main post (3), and the main post (3) is provided inside the pump body (1); the pump body (1) comprises an upper chamber (11) and a lower chamber (12), the locking lid (6) is fixed between the upper chamber (11) and the lower chamber (12); the plastic spring (7) is provided inside the upper chamber (11), so that the plastic spring (7) is provided outside of a material chamber to prevent same from coming into contact with a material to cause corrosion and contamination, and to allow for more stable quantitative pumping. The plastic spring (7) is pressed between the locking lid (6) and the press head (2); the main post (3) passes through the locking lid (6) and extends into the lower chamber (12); the piston (4) is located inside the lower chamber (12) and encases the outside of the main post (3) and moves up and down along with the main post (3). The plastic one-way valve (8) is located at the lower end of the lower chamber (12) to allow liquid to enter. A locking device that can lock the main post (3) to prevent same from being pressed down is provided between the locking lid (6) and the main post (3) so as to prevent the problem of liquid leakage during transportation. The invention has a simple structure and safe and reliable self-locking, and can meet EU standards for efficient recycling.
