Abstract:
Provided are a method of manufacturing an all solid-state battery with which it is possible to alleviate internal short-circuiting in said all solid-state battery, and an all solid-state battery which is manufactured by said method. To manufacture a layered body of at least one battery cell among a layered body (10) of an all solid-state battery, a first green sheet which is a green sheet of at least either a cathode layer (1) or an anode layer (3) and a second green sheet which is a green sheet of a solid-state electrolyte layer (2) are produced. Thereafter, the first green sheet and the second green sheet are layered, forming the layered body, and a setter is positioned to make contact with at least one face on one side of the layered body, firing the layered body. In the firing step, surface roughness of the setter which makes contact with at least one face on one side of the layered body is 0.11μmRa - 50.13μmRa.
