Abstract:
An allocation cost determination device according to an embodiment comprises: an input unit which receives a past allocation table that indicates which job has been performed by each of a plurality of workers, human information that indicates whether workers correspond to entries pertaining to the workers, task information that indicates whether jobs correspond to tasks pertaining to the jobs, and a desired allocation table that indicates workers and jobs to be allocated to any one among the workers; a business rule creation unit which creates business rules on the basis of each entry of the human information and each task of the task information; a business rule analysis unit which analyzes which business rule among the business rules and how much thereof is adopted on the basis of the past allocation table, and calculates an average adoption ratio indicating a ratio of how many business rules are adopted in the past allocation table; and an allocation cost determination unit which calculates, on the basis of the average adoption ratio, an allocation cost value for allocating the workers indicated in the desired allocation table to the jobs indicated in the desired allocation table.
