The present invention relates to the technical field of engineering plastics, and relates specifically to a polycarbonate/polyester alloy composition that is resistant to long-term thermo-oxidative aging and a preparation method therefor, the polycarbonate/polyester alloy composition comprising the following components: polycarbonate, polyester, a toughening agent, an octadecenoate stabilizer, a transesterification inhibitor and an antioxidant. In the present invention, by simultaneously adding the octadecenoate stabilizer and the transesterification inhibitor, active molecular chain ends of polycarbonate and polyester may be passivated, the transesterification reaction of the polycarbonate/polyester alloy is inhibited and the thermo-oxidative aging thereof is slowed down, thereby enabling the obtained polycarbonate/polyester alloy composition to have good mechanical properties and obviously improving long-term thermo-oxidative aging resistance. According to the preparation method for a polycarbonate/polyester alloy composition that is resistant to long-term thermo-oxidative aging of the present invention, a polycarbonate/polyester alloy composition is obtained by premixing and extrusion granulation, and the preparation method has the features of having simple preparation steps and low production costs and being easily produced on a large scale.
