Abstract:
An alloy having a capillary structure. The surface of the alloy has a capillary channel network, and the capillary channel network is a capillary structure consisting of a plurality of interconnected grain boundary channels. Also provided are a preparation method for the alloy, and a vapor chamber made of the alloy. The beneficial effects are: the provided alloy having the capillary structure solves the problem that existing ultra-thin vapor chambers are difficult to break through a 300-micron thickness lower limit, realizes integration of the capillary structure and the alloy substrate, and greatly prolongs the service life of the ultra-thin vapor chamber on the premise of the same heat transfer efficiency; moreover, the integrated structure completely avoids the problem of falling of a sintered copper mesh and sintered copper powder, and can also ensure that the heat transfer performance is substantially unchanged after 90 degrees of repeated bending for at least 20 times; in the preparation method, the cleaning process can also fully rinse off a reaction product, thereby ensuring the low resistance of a grain boundary connected capillary channel.
