Abstract:
Provided are particles of an alumina-based thermally conductive oxide obtained by sintering a raw material mixture (excluding mixtures containing a boric acid compound) that contains an aluminum raw material. The aluminum raw material is at least one material selected from the group consisting of boehmite and aluminum hydroxide. The raw material mixture includes glass frit and may further contain an oxide raw material. The oxide raw material is at least one material selected from the group consisting of boron compounds, titanium compounds, phosphorus compounds, tungsten compounds, and bismuth compounds. The content of the glass frit in the raw material mixture is 0.5-5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aluminum raw material.
