Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an alumina film, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method for an alumina film comprises the following steps: subjecting the surface of a side of an aluminum sheet to a constant-pressure anodic oxidation treatment, so as to obtain an alumina film with a porous structure on the surface of the side; removing unoxidized aluminum on the other side of the alumina film by using a physical processing method, and subjecting same to a hole expanding treatment, so as to obtain a film with holes, that are in communication, on the two side; and depositing a silicon coating on the surface of the physically processed side, so as to obtain an alumina film. In the method of the present invention, after one side is oxidized, unreacted aluminum on the other side is etched away by means of physical processing, which avoids the adsorption effect of the crystal form of alumina that is formed by corrosion of a chemical reagent on platelet membrane protein. By using the deposition of a silicon coating, the present invention effectively reduces the adhesion of the film to proteins, so as to improve the substance exchange efficiency and the total filtration excess of the film for proteins.
