Abstract:
Provided is an alumina steam production-consumption correlating method, which solves the problems in the existing alumina production process that steam production and consumption data of various processes are not correlated, resulting in a large amount of steam waste, low combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, and high production costs per ton of alumina. In the alumina steam production-consumption correlating method, by correlating the amount of steam used in process stages such as high-pressure leaching, pre-desilication, mother liquor evaporation, desulfurization, boiler consumption and coal gasification with the steam yield in a boiler in an alumina production process, correlating the boiler steam production with a raw fuel, and correlating the raw fuel with a power device, an on-line production-consumption correlating relationship in alumina production is established, thereby reducing the coal consumption during the combustion process of the boiler and the steam demand during the operation process, reducing the energy consumption of the Bayer process alumina production, and improving the automation level in the field of alumina production.
