Abstract:
An aluminium alloy injection mould, comprising: a fixed mould and a moving mould, between the fixed mould and the moving mould being arranged a pushing unit for ejecting the workpiece, a guiding unit for ensuring accurate mould clamping, a reset rod (12) for resetting the pushing unit, and a moulding unit for solidification moulding of the aluminium alloy melt, the moulding unit being provided with a temperature adjustment system. The temperature adjustment system of the present aluminium alloy injection mould prevents the temperature of the mould from being excessively high or low, thereby improving the fluidity of the aluminium alloy melt, and solving the common problem of air holes, heat cracks, and insufficient casting of aluminium alloy workpieces.
