Abstract:
An aluminum alloy clad fin material which is a cladded material comprising a core material and a clad material that clads both surfaces of the core material; wherein the core material comprises an aluminum alloy which contains 0.40 to 1.40% by mass of Mn and also contains Fe and Si and in which the content of Zn is limited to 5.50% by mass or less and the remainder is made up by aluminum and unavoidable impurities, and the content of Fe is more than 0.30% by mass and 1.20% by mass or less or the content of Si is more than 0.30% by mass and 1.20% by mass or less in the core material; and wherein the clad material comprises an aluminum alloy which contains 0.01 to 5.50% by mass of Zn and in which the content of Fe is limited to 0.35% by mass or less, the content of Si is limited to 0.30% by mass or less and the remainder is made up by aluminum and unavoidable impurities; and wherein the difference (X-Y) between the Zn content (X) in the clad material and the Zn content (Y) in the core material is 0.01% by mass or more. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an aluminum alloy clad fin material that can be used as a heat exchanger fin material capable of keeping the sacrificial anode effect thereof for a long period and having excellent self corrosion resistance.
