Abstract:
An aluminum alloy cutting fluid and a preparation method therefor, the aluminum alloy cutting fluid comprising: an alcohol amine, an anti-rust agent, a lubricant, a corrosion inhibitor, a metal corrosion inhibitor and water; the alcohol amine is obtained by means of compounding a special amine with triethanolamine, the anti-rust agent is obtained by compounding a dibasic acid with a ternary organic polycarboxylic acid, the lubricant is obtained by compounding a polyether ester with a polyether, and the metal corrosion inhibitor is obtained by compounding a corrosion inhibitor with a film-forming agent. The preparation method of the aluminum alloy cutting fluid comprises: sequentially adding deionized water, the alcohol amine and the anti-rust agent to a container, and stirring until dissolved; sequentially adding the lubricant, the corrosion inhibitor and the metal corrosion inhibitor to the container, and stirring until uniform and transparent. The described aluminum alloy cutting fluid provides good protection for aluminum alloys, has good lubricating and anti-rust performance, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
