Abstract:
An aluminum alloy fluorocarbon spray-coating device and a spray-coating method of the spray-coating device. The spray-coating device comprises a housing (1) and a spraying device (4), wherein a transverse plate (12) is horizontally and fixedly connected to an inner wall of the housing (1) at the position close to a bottom end, a driving device (2) is arranged on an inner side wall of the housing (1) below the transverse plate (12), a clamping device (3) is threadedly connected to the driving device (2), a first connection frame (13) and a second connection frame (14) are fixedly connected to each of two inner sides of the housing (1) above the transverse plate (12), a first electric motor (15) is fixedly connected to an outer side wall of the housing (1) at the position close to a top end, a first threaded rod (16) is fixedly connected to an output end of the first electric motor (15), a slider (17) is threadedly connected to the first threaded rod (16), and a reciprocating swing device (5) is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the slider (17). The spray-coating device can make spray-coating more uniform.
